Between lots of freelancing and running courses I have attended three expedition based courses so far over the last couple weeks: Jungle skills, Water safety, and Middle of nowhere medicine. Needless to say these courses have helped to refresh old skills and learn lots of new tips and will of course help with the up and coming expedition season.
